If you do not agree, please do not use the site. 1. What we offer Thompson Strategies publishes daily lottery picks for Pick 3, Pick 4, and Pick 5, plus a member chat community. Our content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. 2. No guarantees — play responsibly Lottery games are games of chance. Nothing on this site guarantees a win, and past picks do not predict future results. Never spend more than you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, help is available in the US at 1-800-GAMBLER. 3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for lottery play in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the site you confirm you meet this requirement. 4. Membership and billing Membership costs $19.99 per month plus applicable taxes and renews automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. 5. Your account You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. Sharing your account access with others is forbidden. Each account is limited to two devices logged in simultaneously at any given time. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account. 6. Acceptable use In the member chat and across the site, you agree not to post anything harassing, hateful, threatening, or illegal, and not to spam, scam, or impersonate others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without warning. 7. Our content All picks, text, images, and branding on this site belong to Thompson Strategies. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or republish our content without written permission. 8. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your membership at any time as described above. 9. Disclaimers The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the site running and accurate, but we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. 10. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent allowed by law, Thompson Strategies is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including lottery losses. Our total liability is limited to the membership fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. 11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. 12. Account sharing. Sharing account access with any other person is forbidden and could lead to account suspension or termination.

Member photos. You are responsible for every image you upload to your profile or gallery. Do not upload photos you do not own or have rights to, or any photo that is abusive, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a family-friendly community. We may remove any member photo at any time, without notice, for any reason.
